Leads and bookings are separate objects on purpose — a lead is before yes, a booking is confirmed — with pipeline stages derived by database triggers plus a nightly sweep rather than by application code that can drift. Capacity-aware calendar, client portal, and media delivered from Cloudflare R2 behind signed URLs. Column-freeze guards were found to be a silent no-op inside SECURITY DEFINER and were rewritten, then verified by probing as a non-superuser role.
