Data Deletion

You control your data. Here's how to remove it — including anything obtained through Instagram or Facebook.

Delete from inside the app

Sign in and open Channels, then disconnect any connected Instagram or Facebook account. Disconnecting immediately removes the stored access token and the data we derived from it — comments we fetched, agent-drafted replies, and connection details.

Delete your whole account

To erase your entire workspace — profile, posts, schedules, connected channels, and all agent history — email contact@blackspace.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request." We complete deletions within 30 days and confirm by email.

Removing the app from Instagram or Facebook

If you remove BlackSpace from your Instagram or Facebook settings, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the data obtained through that connection. You'll receive a confirmation code you can reference here or with support.

What we delete

Connected-account tokens, Instagram comments we retrieved, agent-drafted replies and run history, published-post records, business profile, and scheduled content. Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
